All our cards are printed on premium 350gsm cardstock with a high-quality matte finish to ensure durability and a professional feel, despite their delightfully derpy designs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer tracking on card shipments?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your derpy goods every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused and unopened products. If your cards arrive damaged or with printing errors, please contact us immediately for a free replacement.
Can I request a custom derpy design?
Currently, we only sell the designs available in our shop. However, we are always looking for new ideas! Feel free to send us a message with your suggestions for future collections.
